Seaview House is located in old Barwon Heads, this is the eclectic mix of beach house after the war. The weatherboard house is dominated by one plant. Modern architecture of the house try to find a way around the streets, showing the housing market is changing. In this case, customers looking to replace his family to cottage down with the coast for many years. This house is to provide short and medium term coastal retreat and later became permanent. Customers have spent years of his life in Barwon Heads, and they are looking for a home easy to integrate with existing urban environment while responding to changing urban character.
